Apelsin

Peta ner en vackert skuren slinga apelsinskal, en liten bit ingefära och några kryddnejlikor i en fin flaska med vodka. Låt dra minst en vecka.

Apelsinsnaps

Ingredienser:

Skalet av 2 tvättade apelsiner

1 vaniljstång

10 nejlikor

3 msk honung

10 lagerblad

Dela vaniljstången på längden. Blanda alla ingredienserna. Häll på ca 60 cl brännvin. Låt stå i minst 2 veckor

Clementin & kanelsnaps

Ingredienser:

35 cl brännvin

2 clementiner

1 kanelstång

 

1.    Skölj clementinerna och skär av skalet i remsor med vass kniv.

2.    Lägg skalet i en ren brännvinsflaska och lägg i kanelstången. Häll i spriten och låt snapsen stå svalt och dra ca 2 dagar

Idas apelsin & stjärnanissnaps

Ingredienser:


750ml Vodka
10st Apelsiner
4st Hel stjärnanis
2-3st Sockerbitar
Gör så här:
Häll vodkan i en
stor kanna,
Skär bort skalet ifrån apelsinerna, och skär i klyftor.
Lägg i apelsinerna i vodkan.
Lägg i stjärnanis.
Låt stå och dra i en timma.
Rör runt och mosa apelsinerna då och då.
Efter 2 timmar lägger du i socker bitarna en och en.. och smakar av, det får inte bli för sött...
Efter 4 timmar är snapsen färdig

Lime & Vinbär

1 lime
2 dl svarta vinbärsblad
70-80 cl brännvin special

Lägg rivet skal av limen och de svarta vinbärsbladen i en burk. Häll över brännvin special så att det täcker.
Sätt på lock och låt stå 3 dagar.
Sila genom kaffefilter. Tillsätt resten av brännvinet totalt70 cl.
Låt stå minst 1 vecka.

Limebrännvin

Ingredienser:

Skölj en lime ordentligt. Skala så tunt som möjligt med potatisskalare (det vita skall inte följa med). Lägg skalet i en burk och häll på brännvin. Låt stå ett dygn i fönstret. Sila över i en flaska.

Limesnaps med sting

Riv det yttersta av skalet på 2 lime, pressa sedan limen så du får 2 msk juice. Tag en valfri chilifrukt, gärna serrano och kärna ur, skär den sedan i tunna skivor Tillsätt chilin, limeskalet och saften i 70cl renat. Skaka om och låt sedan stå i minst 24 timmar, sila av och njut kyld.

Melon & Limesnaps

limeskal
200 g melonkött
1 liten flaska vodka

Gör så här:

finstrimla limeskal och skära melonkött i mindre bitar och tillsätta i flaskan. Man låter det stå och dra över natten och silar sedan ifrån.

Plommon brännvin

Fyll en glasburk med mogna plommon, häll okryddat brännvin över så att det täcker bären. Låt stå i ca 1 månad. Späd efter behag. Kan avnjutas både som snaps men passar utmärkt till kaffet.

Päronsnaps med rosmarin och lager

2 päron
1 kvist rosmarin
1 lagerblad, gärna färskt
50 cl brännvin, gärna Brännvin Special

Klyfta päronen och lägg dem i en glasburk tillsammans med rosmarin och lagerblad. Tillsätt brännvinet. Efter fem dagar plockas rosmarin och lagerblad upp. Låt päronen ligga kvar och dra i minst två månader. Sila och lagra mörkt.

Rabarbersnaps

1 flaska

Krydda brännvinet själv. Den underbart röda färgen på snapsen kommer från rabarbern.

Ingredienser

6 rabarberstjälkar
1 bit färsk ingefära (stor som en vindruva)
2 sockerbitar
1 liter renat brännvin

Skölj rabarbern noga och skär bort ev fula fläckar. Skala inte eftersom den vackra röd färgen ofta sitter i skalet.

Skiva rabarbern och skala ingefäran. Lägg ner i en syltburk eller en flaska med tättslutande lock tillsammans med sockerbitarna. Häll brännvinet så att det täcker.

Låt stå i kylskåp i minst 2 dyn, gärna längre. Sila bort rabarbern (ät inte upp den!) och filtrera spriten genom kaffefilter. Tillsätt mer brännvin till önskad smak. Servera kyld.

Äpplesnaps

Ingredienser
Syrliga, smakrika äpplen
70 cl brännvin special eller vodka
1 msk hel anis
2 Råsockerbitar

1. Skölj och tag bort skaft och blomfnas på äpplena. Skär i klyftor och lägg på burk tillsammans med anis. Häll på brännvinet, äpplena skall vara helt täckta. Låt stå i 4 veckor.
2. Sila. Häll på flaska och lägg i sockerbitarna. Skaka tills sockret löst sig. Låt gärna stå i någon månad, smaken vinner på att lagras länge.
