1 hel ananas

4 hg socker

4 kylda flaskor torrt vitt vin

2 kylda flaskor champagne

Tärna fruktköttet, lägg det i en stor skål och strö socker över bitarna. Häll på 2 flaskor av det vita vinet och låt det dra i en timme.

Häll över det resterande vita vinet och champagnen strax innan serveringen.

12 sockerbitar

2 dl cognac

2 dl apelsinlikör

½ kg färska jordgubbar

3 fl sodavatten

6 fl champagne

Kyl sodavatten och champagne. Häll allt i en stor skål.

Låt sockret smälta i spriten och häll sedan i bålen.

Häll i mycket is.

8 – 10 personer

1 citron

1 apelsin

1 burk cocktailfrukt

1 liter juice

6 cl cognac

6 cl vodka

6 cl cointreau

6 cl campari

2 fl torrt vitt vin

1 fl champagne

Skär apelsinen och citronerna i tunna skivor. Dela i halvor. Lägg i sprit, juice och cocktailfrukt. Låt stå i några timmar. Häll på vin och champagne precis innan servering.

Blanda dryckerna strax före servering och lägg i is och citron

1 mango

1 papaya

1-2 kiwifrukter

2 fl vitt vin

1 fl champagne

Skala och tärna frukten. Häll vinet i en skål och lägg i frukten. Låt stå kallt i några timmar.

Häll i champagnen precis innan servering.

Pärlande vitvinsbål

 

1 fl vitt vin

1 fl fruktsoda

1 dl limejuice

2-3 kiwifrukter

1 citron

10 cl gin eller vodka

Bland vin, fruktsoda och juice i en stor skål. Skala och skiva kiwin. Lägg dem i skålen tillsammans med den skivade citronen. Spets med spriten och lägg i massor med is.

Midsommarbål med jordgubbar

 

2 flaskor torrt vitt vin

Skivade jordgubba

2-3 flaskor kolsyrat vatten eller cider

Blanda vin och jordgubbar. Strö eventuellt över lite socker. Låt stå och dra i ca 1 timme.

Häll på vatten eller cider precis innan servering.

Ostindisk bål

 

8-10 personer

1 citron

1 apelsin6 ananasskivor

2 ½ dl socker

6 cl cognac

6 cl cointreau

1 ¼ dl ananassaft

6 cl madeira

1 fl vitt vin

2 fl champagne

Ställ vin och champagne till kylning. Skala citronen och apelsingen. Skär i skivor och ta bort kärnorna. Låt ananasskivorna rinna av och skär dem i småbitar. Lägg all frukten i en glasskål. Häll socker över och låt det dra tills sockret är upplöst (ca 45 minuter). Häll i cognac, cointreau, madeira och ananassaft i skålen och låt den stå kallt i 2 timmar. Tillsätt vin och champagne strax före servering

3 dl apelsinjuice

33 cl sodavatten

1 apelsin

1 liten melon

2 kiwi

Blanda alla drycker dela frukten.
