We had access to the Castle the day before. Perfect for last details and setups and to spend time with the early arrival guests.
Placing the tables, we had small arrangements instead of the traditional seating plans.
Setting the tables: white linen cloths and black decor for the center of the tables, which my mum helped me to make from the fabric we bought in Syria.
How good is this, a whole Team of Blue Mountain Hotel School Graduates to set the tables-Perfect. I had prepared white napkins with a gold ribbon. Two wases on each table, one black and one gold with a white rose in each.

The Favour-place cards were placed out according to my "map" which I had changed several times- it's not easy to make everyone happy.
A gold organza rosette/ribbon around each chair and gold chocolates spread around the tables made the final touch to the simple yet elegant set up.
