Church

Helgesta church is located just by lake Båven edge. Its a cute little church with a bell tower just a few meter away. The castle is not far away only 10 minutes with car, if one finds its way. :-)

With butterflies in our stomachs to be the center of attention it was time for the entrance. A little surprised as the song playing was not what we were expecting but it was too late to do something about it. At the alter our charming priest was waiting. The whole ceremony except for the hymns and the lord's prayer he took in english. The important thing was for both of us to understand what was going on. I think everyone els had a clue even if they did not understand english.

The organist sat down at the piano and started playing the song we were expecting as the entrance song, and to our surprise he even sang the song- All I ask of you- form the Phantom of the Opera. How on earth we managed to keep the tear away I will never know. Another fantasic song and another favorite was played by Stina on the Cello- Lord of the ring and that was a surprise to Michel. Perfect!

After all the blessings, questions, songs and pictures it was time to exit. Outside the church congratulations in all languages in words and hugs/kisses and of course more photos. The sun was shining and one did not know what to think about. Everything was perfect.
